Micro Machining Services
When precision counts at the smallest scale. We offer ultra-high precision micro machining for components with incredibly fine features, tight tolerances, and intricate geometries, pushing the boundaries of miniaturization.
Precision at the Micrometer Scale
Micro machining, also known as micromachining, is a highly specialized manufacturing discipline focused on creating very small components or features with dimensions typically ranging from tens of micrometers up to a few millimeters. It utilizes ultra-precision CNC machines, extremely fine cutting tools, and specialized process controls to achieve unparalleled accuracy and surface finish.
This technology is critical for industries like medical devices, electronics, optics, and aerospace, where components often require intricate details, high dimensional accuracy, and exceptional surface quality in a miniature form factor.
Our Micro Machining Capabilities
Ultra-Fine Features
Capable of machining features down to tens of micrometers, including micro-holes, slots, channels, and intricate 3D contours.
Exceptional Accuracy
Achieve positional and dimensional tolerances at the micrometer level (e.g., ±5 μm), ensuring critical fits and performance.
Superior Surface Finish
Produce parts with extremely smooth surface finishes (low Ra values), often eliminating the need for post-polishing.

Micro Machining FAQ
What is the smallest feature you can machine?
The smallest feature size depends on the material and geometry, but we can achieve hole diameters down to 50 micrometers (0.05 mm) and wall thicknesses as thin as 20 micrometers in some materials. Please contact our engineers with your specific design for a feasibility assessment.
How does micro machining differ from standard CNC machining?
Micro machining uses much smaller tools, higher spindle speeds, and lower feed rates. It often requires specialized equipment in a vibration-controlled environment. The material removal rates are very low, and precision is paramount, leading to significantly higher costs per part.
