INDUSTRY SOLUTION: AEROSPACE
Manufacturing for Aerospace Components
In an industry where precision and reliability are paramount, we provide the advanced manufacturing services needed to produce flight-critical hardware for aircraft, satellites, and space exploration.
Critical Components for Flight & Space
Structural Components
We machine lightweight and high-strength structural brackets, frames, and bulkheads from aerospace-grade aluminum and titanium alloys.
Engine & Propulsion Parts
Manufacture precision components for jet engines, rocket engines, and fuel systems from high-temperature alloys like Inconel and specialized ceramics.
Satellite & Space Hardware
We produce lightweight structural components, optical mounts, and instrument housings for satellites and spacecraft from stable, low-CTE materials.
Precision, Performance & Traceability
- 5-Axis CNC Machining: Our advanced 5-axis mills are essential for producing the complex, contoured geometries and lightweighted designs common in aerospace components.
- High-Performance Materials: We specialize in machining challenging aerospace materials like Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), Aluminum 7075, Inconel, and high-temperature plastics like PEEK and Ultem™.
- Quality Control & Traceability: We understand the stringent requirements of aerospace. We provide full material traceability and detailed inspection reports (including CMM) to ensure compliance.
Aerospace Components FAQ
Do you have AS9100 certification?
While we are not AS9100 certified, we manufacture parts for many aerospace clients by adhering to their specific quality standards and documentation requirements. We can provide material certifications, dimensional inspection reports, and other necessary paperwork to support your quality system.
How do you ensure parts are lightweight?
We employ several lightweighting strategies. This includes material selection (using low-density alloys like Aluminum and Titanium), and geometric optimization through 5-axis CNC machining to create complex internal pockets and features that remove unnecessary mass while maintaining structural integrity.
